How Our Automation Task Pricing Works: A Complete Guide.

Effective 1 September 2025, we are introducing automation task-based pricing on Cheerio AI. For any automation task performed via Cheerio, Cheerio will charge your wallet with a task execution cost after your free monthly quota.

What is an Automation Task

Any automated action performed using Cheerio's workflow nodes is considered an automation task. (Except: WhatsApp Response Message & more). You can check the full list below.

Monthly Quota

On Cheerio, you will receive a monthly automation quota as per your purchased plan. Starting from (3000 for Startup), (10,000 for Growth), (25,000 for Pro). These are non-renewal quotas, which means any remaining balance at the end of the month will not be carried forward to next month. For example, if you've opted for a growth plan. You will receive 10,000 on day 1, and after the month, your remaining balance quota is 3000. Then in month 2, you will only have 10,000.

What if your monthly quota is exhausted?

If your monthly quota is exhausted within the month. You will be charged at ₹0.25 per additional automation task. So, you have to make sure that your wallet has enough balance. If the wallet balance and quota balance are exhausted. Your automation will be halted for a while.
